比较不同前处理方法的处理效果,选择适合松花粉中总砷测定的前处理方法。分别采用湿法消解、干法灰化对松花粉样品进行前处理,利用氢化物原子荧光法测定总砷含量。两种前处理方式的检测结果均满足方法学要求,湿法消解和干法灰化的回收率分别为91.3%~102.8%,80.2%~88.9%,精密度分别为2.06%~2.86%和8.82%~8.92%;检出限分别为0.0068、0.0046 mg/kg。湿法消解法操作简便、准确性好,适合松花粉批量产品检测。
To select a suitable pretreatment method for the determination of total arsenic in Pine Pollen products by comparing the effects of different pretreatment, the samples Pine Pollen products were pretreated by wet digestion and dry ashing respectively, and the total arsenic content was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results of 2 pretreatment methods all met the requirements of methodology. The recoveries of wet digestion and dry ashing were 91.3%~102.8%, 80.2%~88.9%; and the precision were 2.06%~2.86% and 8.82%~8.92% respectively. The detection limits were 0.0068 and 0.0046 mg/kg. The wet digestion method is simple, accurate, and suitable for batch product testing of Pine Pollen.
