%0 Journal Article %T Use of Feedback an Important Application Technique that Contributes to the Functionality of Measurement and Evaluation in Turkish Education %A Ali G£¿£¿ER %J - %D 2019 %X The most important element to be used in determining the efficiency of surround the learning process is the measurement and evaluation. There are many ways of functioning such as planning, shaping and directing the process, keeping the student interested, seizing, determining the place of the studies, correcting, raising awareness, showing whether the learning process has progressed in line with the goals and getting results. Imagining the application dimensions similar to those of measurement and evaluation gives information both provide an important ground for improving productivity in education and also provide an opportunity to learn about the effectiveness of educational practices and educational value. Because of all these functions is necessary to use it locally the process and outcome evaluation methods and tools of measurement evaluation in the learning process. Giving feedback between process and outcome evaluation methods and tools has an important role. In this study is the subject an important dimension of the evaluation or functions of feedback as an application format. In this framework is aimed to provide a general view of the functions of the feedback as an important form of application of measurement and evaluation in the context of the work. For this purpose tried to be given a general view of the situation of the type and function of the feedback in the work.
