This rapid change in Imam-Hatip schools in recent years has brought a number of problems to manage with it. With the quantitative changes on the institutional basis, as well as information and technological developments in the social field have been reflected in these schools. This change reflected in schools should be managed. The administrators of Imam Hatip schools should be able to manage this change. In the study, it was shown that based on the scale of competencies of managing change the school administrators who worked in imam-hatip schools; were very sufficient in the dimension in the dimension of ¡°determining the need for change in school¡±, ¡°preparing for change in school¡± and ¡°applying change in school¡±, and very much sufficient in ¡°evaluating change in school ¡±. There was no difference between the opinions of the age, length of service and administration in the perceptions of the managers about the competencies of managing change. As a result of the findings of the research, Imam-hatip school administrators considered themselves sufficient to manage change.
