%X Resumen (es_ES) En este art赤culo analizamos c車mo son re-construidos discursivamente el ethos y la legitimidad de Diana Turbay y su padre, el expresidente Julio C谷sar Turbay, en Noticia de un secuestro, de Gabriel Garc赤a M芍rquez (1996). Para el an芍lisis, utilizamos el esquema de la doble enunciaci車n (Serrano, 2013b); los puntos valor, de Jouve (2001); los tipos de evaluaci車n, de Philippe Hamon (1984), y el concepto de legitimidad, de Patrick Charadeau (2005). En la conclusi車n se evidenci車 que la estrategia narrativa y argumentativa consisti車 en instalar un narrador que puso diestramente el reflector en aquellas secuencias en las que se narra el padecimiento de esta familia con el secuestro de su hija, a manos de Pablo Escobar, mientras se evita enunciar aquellas en las que los Turbay ejercieron y usufructuaron el poder. Esta maniobra por omisi車n demuestra el sesgo ideol車gico de este reportaje Resumen (en_US) In this article we analyze how the ethos and legitimacy of Diana Turbay and her father, the ex-president Julio C谷sar Turbay, are discursively re-constructed in "Noticia de un secuestro" by Gabriel Garc赤a M芍rquez (1996). For the analysis, we use the Scheme of Double Enunciation (Serrano, 2013); Jouve's value points (2001); Philippe Hamon's types of evaluation (1984) and Patrick Charadeau's concept of legitimacy (2005). In the conclusion there was demonstrated that the narrative and argumentative strategy consisted of being installed by a narrator who put skillfully the reflector in those sequences in which there is narrated the suffering of this family by the kidnapping of his daughter, to Paul Escobar's hands, while it is avoided enunciate those in which the Turbay practised and benefit from power. This maneuver for omission demonstrates the ideological bias of this article
