%X Resumen (es_ES) El trabajo que aqu赤 presentamos, pertenece al proyecto de Tesis Doctoral en el 谷nfasis de Ciencias del Doctorado en Educaci車n de la Universidad Distrital FJC. Donde se parti車 de la necesidad imperante de contribuir con las problem芍ticas de los ind赤genas Wayuu que padecen condiciones inh車spitas que azotan su territorio. El corregimiento de Wimpechi ha enfrentado el abandono del gobierno y el asalto de grupos armados que ha ocasionado graves abusos contra sus pobladores. All赤, se ha identificado un enorme potencial e車lico y solar que aportar赤a alternativas para el acceso a agua potable e iluminaci車n nocturna. No obstante, algunos esfuerzos en esta b迆squeda han fracasado porque, quiz芍s, se requieren imperativos pedag車gicos que promuevan un compromiso p迆blico ascendente con esta tecnolog赤a, es decir, se necesita integrar la comunidad en las etapas iniciales para que se conviertan en soluciones pertinentes a la luz de su singularidad. En este trabajo, se presenta una propuesta que privilegia la necesidad de articular la acci車n pedag車gica con la acci車n tecnol車gica para favorecer el desarrollo comunitario. Resumen (en_US) The work presented here belongs to the Doctoral Thesis project in the emphasis of Sciences of the Doctorate in Education of the FJC District University. Where it started from the prevailing need to contribute to the problems of the Wayuu indigenous people who suffer inhospitable conditions that plague their territory. The corregimiento of Wimpechi has faced the abandonment of the government and the assault of armed groups that has caused serious abuses against its inhabitants. There, huge wind and solar potential has been identified that would provide alternatives for access to drinking water and night lighting. However, some efforts in this search have failed because, perhaps, pedagogical imperatives that promote an upward public commitment with this technology are required, that is, it is necessary to integrate the community in the initial stages so that they become relevant solutions to the light of its uniqueness. In this work, a proposal that privileges the need to articulate pedagogical action with technological action to favor community development is presented
