%X Desde comienzos del siglo XXI, el cooperativismo de trabajo en la Argentina se ha revitalizado y ha experimentado un crecimiento exponencial. En este contexto, han destacado, por su magnitud, las cooperativas de trabajo creadas en el marco de pol赤ticas p迆blicas desarrolladas por el Gobierno nacional entre los aˋos 2003 y 2015. Dado su surgimiento a partir de la promoci車n estatal, las descripciones de estas cooperativas han enfatizado en el car芍cter inducido y sint谷tico de su conformaci車n. En este art赤culo, a partir del an芍lisis del conflicto constituyente en una cooperativa del Programa Argentina Trabaja localizada en el conurbano bonaerense y enmarcada en una organizaci車n social de trabajadores desocupados, buscamos matizar y aportar a dichas caracterizaciones. Si bien, por un lado, la inducci車n estatal describe un aspecto del surgimiento de la cooperativa analizada, por el otro, esta categorizaci車n tiende a soslayar el origen disputado de la misma. Los insumos utilizados son quince entrevistas a asociados de la cooperativa, integrantes de la organizaci車n social y funcionarios municipales. Complementariamente, utilizamos art赤culos period赤sticos y registros de campo tomados durante observaciones no participantes. Palabras clave: Cooperativas de trabajo 每 Pol赤tica social 每 Acciones colectivas de protesta 每 Movimientos sociales Abstract Since the beginning of the 21st century, worker cooperatives in Argentina have revitalized and experienced an exponential growth. In this context, because of their magnitude, worker cooperatives created within the framework of public policies developed by the national government between 2003 and 2015 have stood out. Given their emergence from state promotion, the descriptions of these cooperatives have emphasized in the induced and synthetic character of their conformation. In this article, based on the analysis of the constituent conflict in a cooperative of the Argentina Trabaja Program, located in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area and framed in a social organization of unemployed workers, we aim to nuance and contribute to these characterizations. Although, on the one hand, state induction describes one aspect of the emergence of the analyzed cooperative, on the other hand, this categorization tends to circumvent its contested origin. To carry on this analysis, we use fifteen interviews with cooperative associates, members of the social organization and municipal officials.
