On media, the subject has been situated as ims¨¡k time in the center of debates. The subject has been handled in regard to its current importance. The problem is the matter of perception and detection of this time. The moment of perception of the ims¨¡k time in the calendar of the Presidency of Religious Affairs is unique and immutable
