%0 Journal Article %T Results of Reemployment Lawsuit %A Metin Parlak %J - %D 2019 %X Reemployment lawsuit is a kind of lawsuit that allows the employee to be reemployed in the same company under the same conditions when the employer dismisses the employee without a justification regarding the labor contract. Reemployment should be demanded with a separate case. That is, reemployment lawsuit and other claims by the emloyee should not be demanded within the same case. On the condition that the case is accepted, the employer is obliged to reemploy the employee. When the employee is reemployed by the employer, labor contract continuies as it has never been closed. On the other hand, if the employer does not reemploy the employee, an obligation regarding compensation emerges.
