The Instagram application, where these images are shared extensively, shows examples of daily life practices in people's mobile portable devices (smartphone, tablet computer, etc.). Unlike other social networks, when people feel close to their identities or follow them, they follow the people who can enjoy their lives and become popular. In this way, social networking pioneers or phenomena on the Internet, which are becoming popular, guide a certain audience with their own products or practices based on some lifestyles. Based on a fan-actor / actress game in which mutual interaction is established, a specific Instagram culture has been created in this virtual medium, which is uncommon or unclear in other networks. User individuals communicate with their own identities or virtual identities by communicating through the phenomena encoded into the shared visuals and re-transforming them with the methods they have identified. This raises the concepts of identity virtualization or the creation of a virtual reality. From this point of view, in this study, the phenomena in Instagram application were analyzed through social media and the images they shared were analyzed. The images discussed in the study were written by Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method. As a result of the study, it has been determined by comparing how the phenomena affect people using visual elements through various sharing and how the meanings encoded on their visuals interact with each other %K Instagram %K fenomen %K y£¿ld£¿z k¨¹lt¨¹r¨¹ %K g£¿stergeler %K kimlik %U http://dergipark.org.tr/isrjournal/issue/47216/530556
