This study was performed in order to examine the relationship between sleep duration, quality, physical activity level and some anthropometric measurements of the individuals. Materials and Methods: The cross-sectional study was conducted with 688 individuals above 20 years of age who applied to Family Health Centers (FHC) located in Sivas city center. Personal characteristics of individuals were questioned with demographic data form and body mass index (BMI), waist / hip ratio (WHR) and waist circumference / height ratio (WHtR) were calculated. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) was applied. Descriptive statistical methods (mean, standard deviation, frequency) as well as student t test, chi-square test and Pearson's correlation analysis were used when evaluating the study data. Significance was accepted at p<0,05. Results: In our study, no significant difference was detected between sleep quality, duration and physical activity level (p>0,05). As BMI, neck circumference, waist circumference, WHR and WHtR means of females participating in the study increased, sleep time and quality of them decreased (p<0,05). As physical activity level increased, waist circumference and WHtR means of the females and BMI, neck circumference, waist circumference and WHtR means of the males decreased (p<0,05). Conclusion: Increasing the level of physical activity, which is low in our society, is expected to decrease in some anthropometric measurements in the individuals and therefore the sleep quality and duration will increas %K Uyku %K Fiziksel aktivite %K Obezite %U http://dergipark.org.tr/aemj/issue/41876/384581
