%X In the framework of early warning systems against crises, determining the leading indicators is the most important element for the economies of the country in order to eliminate the possibility of crisis or to take necessary measures. In summary, although early warning systems provide important information against the possibility of crisis, if this information is not managed with the right policies, the leri protection of economies from crises ne will not be sufficient as a concept. At this point, a good assessment of the preliminary information to be obtained and the policies to be established must be implemented with the correct timing.
