%X Need for shelter is one of the main necessities for the mankind. Shelters have direct and relative impacts on human psychological health, social life and daily life, as well as they inspire the structural designs, and their importance grows under extraordinary situations like natural disasters. Therefore, emergence of the sudden need for shelters after disasters carries a significant importance for the states as well as they become subjects of the scientific researches. The most sensitive groups (like; seniors, disabled and women) have been affected more under such conditions. For this reason, emergence of different types of solutions and practicing these solutions has a big importance for the state¡¯s social identities. Looking at the world literature, we observe that Japan which has experienced major decrements with earthquakes has immediate and different solutions for the sensitive groups. The aim of this study is to create an environment to form and provide necessities for the plan of the prefabricated nursing home sites for temporary use of senior victims under the scenario of a disaster (like, earthquakes) which may damage the structure of existing senior nursing home sites. The aim is to contribute to the continuity of lifetime for the old population. This study covers the existing Kahramanmaras province, Elbistan nursing home which has the risk of a disaster and was chosen as the pilot study. This pilot plan especially designed for emergence of any type of disaster
