%0 Journal Article %T THE CONCEPT OF JUST£¿CE IN THE SELF REAL£¿ZAT£¿ON OF HUMAN %J - %D 2018 %X Problems that occur in people's use of their rights in their lives led to the concept of justice to be frequently questioned. It will also provide a better understanding to be able to evaluate the concept of justice, which is discussed in practical terms, theoretically. The concept of justice has a relation with being, society, people and hence cultural structures. Even though it is really difficult to determine what the concept of justice is, it can paradoxically be said that humanity has the task of guiding and shaping existence. The reason for this contradictory situation is the desire to realize human existence either directly in connection with nature or in the field of abstract values. In this context, it is suggested that opinions based on feelings or intellect have been put forward to explain what justice is. In fact, these philosophical approaches are based on opinions in which aspects human beings should exist. In this study, these views will be given as much as possible. Based on the diversity of ideas, it will be shown that human being effectively defines the content of concepts and that he/she is an active entity that makes law.
