The Kyrgyz, one of the important groups of Turkish history, they immortalized the history of Kyrgyz with the Manas epic, in which they talked about how they looked at the state and human administration, their relations with other communities; their customs and own traditions in short, their own stories. The Manas epic is the most important reflection of how the Kyrgyz people see the world, creation, and life. In fact, Manas is the embodied state of many values that all Kyrgyz have accepted and attributed to holiness. Manas is Kyrgyz. In the Manas epic, for centuries we can see which social stages the Kyrgyz people have crossed. As the greatest epic of the world, the Manas epic reflects the social structures of the Kyrgyz people at that time as well as the memories of the Kyrgyzs of various periods of history. The division of the history of the Kyrgyz into many occupations and immigration has prevented the emergence of a clear state structure. The vast majority of heroes seen in the Manas epic are knightly steppe nobles seeking to spread Islam and running after loot. Conflicts that are evident in the historical moments of social distinction, the ruler and ruling divide manifest themselves in many layers of the epic, overlapping with the events of heroes. This situation prevented the Kyrgyzs from establishing a permanent and resident state. The main purpose of this study is to explain why the Kyrgyz people can not establish a state like other Turkic tribes in the context of the events in the Manas epic. Attempts have been made to link events known in Kyrgyz history to events in the Manas epic. It is desired to strive to enlighten Kyrgyz history by linking it to social and economic developments %K K£¿rg£¿z %K Manas %K £¿slam¡¯£¿n Kabul¨¹ %K Devlet Gelene£¿i %K Kalmuk %K Rus %K Kitan %K Milli Kimlik %U http://dergipark.org.tr/tigin/issue/38717/450222
