%X From the Editor Our journal which started to be published in 2008 has issued its 23th issue today with 16 articles, one more outstanding than the other. The journal has been published prosperously since its establishment without making any concession to scientific principles. Being scanned by international indexes and being reached continuously in printed and electronic media have increased the article publishing demand from the researchers to the journal. Besides, the number of references made to the articles in the journal has steadily increased. The articles sent to the journal are examined scientifically with a great care at least by two reviewers after being examined by the council of editors in terms of the publication principles. Starting from this issue, field editor application has been initiated. Field editors are selected from among the scientists who are master in their fields without making any university discrimination. Reviewers are also selected from among the scientists who are expert in their fields. No article has been published in the journal without being approved by reviewers. The contributions of the editorial board and the advisory board should be mentioned for the success of our journal. Especially our reviewers made a great effort to examine the articles scientifically. We would like to thank them in behalf of the journal. It is the articles that make a journal being read and accepted by scientific society; in other words, it is articles which reveal the real value of a journal. We especially would like to thank our authors for their worthful researches.
