A total of 40 volunteer students studying at Van Dumlup£¿nar Elementary School between the ages of 11 and 13 constitute the sample of the study. The participants had various intensities of football training regularly with an average of 2 hours day and 3 days a week for a period of 8 weeks. The data were obtained at relaxed pre-exercise and post-exercise rest state. While the pre-exercise HDL level was 45.91 ¡À 12.32, post-exercise HDL level was 52.05 ¡À 14.04 and a statistically significant result was found (p< 0.01). CK level was 359,50 ¡À 138.06 when in the resting state before the study and 247,15 ¡À 119,54 after the study and it was significant (p< 0.01). Again, changes were observed in LDL, cholesterol and LDH levels and a statistically significant result was found (p< 0.01). No significant results were found for the HDL, LDL, cholesterol, CK, LDH parameters of the control group (p>0.05). It is thought that regular football trainings may cause positive changes in children's biochemical parameters and affect health positively %K Futbol %K Lipid Profili %K Kas Hasar£¿ %U http://dergipark.org.tr/omuspd/issue/36264/394949
