%X As a result of political and economic problems in Syria, Syrian citizens have migrated from their country. Turkey, neighboring showing the head of Syrian refugees after the civil war in Syria was the country where most emigrated, in this case Since 2014, Turkey has become the world's most refugee hosting country. Likewise, since 2014, the majority of refugees who requested asylum in Germany consists of Syrian refugees. The purpose of this research is shedding light on state migration policy opportunities and the problems penetrating implemented for the Syrian refugees in Turkey and Germany. For this purpose, scanning was conducted using the keywords ¡°Syria, Turkey, Germany, asylum seekers, politics, issues, integration policies, psycho-social interventions¡± in YOK TEZ, Ulakbim, Ebschost, Google Scholar databases. In this context, this research is focusing on issues such as housing, nutrition, education, employment, health, mental health, social cohesion and the process has addressed similar and different aspects of the activities implemented in both countries. Obtained findings are discussed in the light of the literature
