%0 Journal Article %T EVALUATION OF STUDENT GAMES ACCORDING TO TEACHERS¡¯ OPINION IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION %A M¨¹cahit D£¿LEKMEN %A Narin BOZAN %J - %D 2018 %X One of the most important processes during which the learner is aimed to gain the intended behaviours is the pre-school education he has.Depending on that it is one of the major educational material for transfering the intended or gained information.The game in childhood period is an important material in means of developing terminal information, skills, cultural, emotinal, imagination and getting the social value; and also by contributing physical-psychomotor, cognitive, language, social-emotional development zones. These tools which are functional in children¡¯s development are one of the most important materials specially for teachers in educational institution to teach the terminal information and also for parents to use in teaching the social values. The aim of this research is to investigate whether there are meaningful differences in the views of pre-school teachers regarding the use of games in pre-school education according to gender, age, educational status, occupational seniority, students¡¯s age group studied, staff status, classroom availability and assistant staff. Being a descriptive study, this survey was analysed through IBM SPSS 21.00 package program in order to evaluate the data which were obtained from 175 pre-school teachers, 165 of whom were women and 10 men working at 30 schools in Diyarbak£¿r in 2013-2014 academic year.
