%X However, invagination is a common cause of abdominal pain in children, it is a rare condition in adults. Moreover, Burkitt lymphoma is extremly rare cause of invagination. The small intestine is comprising 75% of the length of the gastrointestnal tract and 90% of its mucosal surface area, but less than 2% of malignant gastrointestinal tumors are derived from this organ. Lymphomas, particularly Burkitt Lymphoma are rare seen clinical diagnoses. We aimed to present a case of Burkitt's lymphoma diagnosed at the young age with ileus and ascites
