%0 Journal Article %T Determination of User Satisfaction in University Fitness Centers: Case Study of MAKU and PAU, Turkey %A H¨¹seyin Samet A£¿IKKUTLU %J - %D 2019 %X The key target of the study is to determine the user satisfaction in university fitness centers in Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKU) and Pamukkale University (PAU). Questionnaire method was used in the study. The questionnaire forms were applied as a face-to-face interview for 60 volunteers, 30 of them in MAK¨¹ and the others in the PAU, in the fitness centers of MAKU and PAU in March-April 2018. The questionnaire data were analyzed using SPSS program. With this study, it was found that there were differences in the answers of the users in terms of accessibility, in place routing signs, area size, cafeteria, ventilation, number of fitness equipment, and music in the MAKU and PAU fitness centers. As a result, weak points and misperceptions in MAKU and PAU fitness centers can be resolved by administrative decisions.
