In Anti-Oedipus (1972), Deleuze and Guattari describe the general aspects of capitalism as psychoanalytic structures. Capitalism does not make people schizophrenic in the context of lifestyle; makes schizophrenia in the context of the economic process. In Marx's thought, there is an uncertain production; the process turns into alienation. Marx and Deleuze oppose the idea of private property. While capitalism is the basic infrastructure of Marx's opposition to private property, Deleuze is opposed by psychoanalysis.
