%0 Journal Article %T The Level of Using Alternative Measurement and Assessment Methods of Physical Education Teachers %A £¿zer YILDIZ %J - %D 2019 %X The aim of this study is to determine the level of using alternative measurement and assessment methods of physical education teachers. The research was carried out in the survey model. The research group consisted of 126 physical education teachers working in high schools in Trabzon Provincial Directorate of National Education in 2016-2017 academic year. In the research, £¿irin et al. (2008) developed by the ¡°Teacher Survey Form¡± consisting of 51 items, 7 items ¡°Personal Information Form¡± and 16 items ¡°Measurement and Assessment¡± section were used. In the analysis of the data, Mann Whitney-U test was used for pairwise comparisons of nonparametric tests, considering the distribution of participants¡¯ responses to independent variables in the questionnaire; Kruskall Wallis-H test was used for three or more cluster. The level of significance was taken as 0.05.
