%0 Journal Article %T A Study of the Effects of Organizational Climate in the Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports on Motivation and Performance of Employees %J - %D 2018 %X The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the organizational climate in £¿zmir and Manisa Provincial Directorates of Youth Services and Sports on the motivation and performance of the employees. The data were collected through questionnaires from 152 employees working in £¿zmir and Manisa Provincial Directorates of Youth Services and Sports. "Organizational Climate Scale", "Employee Motivation Scale" and "Employee Performance Scale" were used in the study as the tools of measurement. In the analysis of the data, T-test, One-way analyses of variance (ANOVA) were used to examine the differences between variables, Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlations, and Regression analysis was used to measure the effect levels.
