%X One of the concepts that have meaning lossed through postmodernism is the state. if individuals give up on a idea that societies will continue to develop and to get better, how this will change the role of the state in the future? Such as USA which the castle of capitalism, it is going to reach out to all economic actors who have been struggling, as a father? The concept of state is redefined and questioned every day and after every social action. This study aim to explain the movements of states which becoming stronger and more authoritarian in times of crisis and fear and becoming liberal and passive in routine periods, both in our country and worldwide
