The learners especially struggle to understand the combinations of -mA suffix and possessive suffixes. However, possessive structures are the skeleton of compound sentences in Turkish language (Sebzecioglu,2016). Besides, the functions of these suffixes are taught so limited for the foreign learners, while they can be marks of purpose, concession and comparison in the sentences (Goksel ve Kerslake, 2005; Ketrez, 2012; Toptas, 2016; Sebzecioglu,2016). If learners can¡¯t understand the functions of these suff£¿xes -especially when creating compound sentences- their academic writings probably will lose their coherence and readability. In this study, the activities were organized according to the way the learners can percieve all functions of these suffixes in daily life and academic life. Moreover, the activities were organized to emphasize the role of these suffixes as subordinate clause, by considering CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,2017) writing criterias for A2 and B1 levels in production section. In addition, newspapers, videos, signboards, caricatures, graffities etc. are used as materials in order to provide variety due to CEFR¡¯s requirements for A2 and B1 levels. The implementation approach of case study is used as method. The data was collected through pretest, posttest, interview and observation. The activities and programme are created due to this data, and, presented to the learners. After applying activities, the learners¡¯ skills were evaluated and a new teaching order of -mA and -mAK suffixes practicing was offered %K Adla£¿t£¿rma %K T¨¹rk£¿e £¿£¿retimi %K yan t¨¹mce %K zarfla£¿t£¿rma %U http://dergipark.org.tr/rumelide/issue/46260/580452
