%X £¿stanbul was the subject of £¿lhan Berk's first poetry book named ¡°£¿stanbul¡± in 1947.? About 40 years later, £¿lhan Berk published ¡°Galata¡± in 1985, in varied literary genres and different writing techniques, and in 1990, he published ¡°Pera¡±. Stating that he was influenced by the method of the book ¡°Paris Peasant¡± which was written by the French writer Louis Aragon in 1925; Ilhan Berk outlined traditional narrative forms such as Aragon¡¯s and created a fragmented poetic text with different literary genres
