If we are dealing with environmental problems both within social and scientific sciences, we can say that the starting point is actually the In-dustrial Revolution. Yet, involvement in the international public opinion and world politics coin-cided with the globalization of 1960-1970. We can state that the problems do not occur suddenly, even though we have linked the starting point of the-se problems to the globalization process and some important living prob-lems. As long as humanity is alive, it has come to harm the environment. Accepted as the beginning of the Lakin Industry revolution, the main factor effects were much more. And, firstly, environmental problems began in the 1960s, along with International contracts on how resources could be used. After this process, the attitude of the states and the organizations became more political and took place in the agenda. The main aim of the study is to include the politics of environmental problems and involvement in the dis-cipline of International Relations.
