The survey shows that Supara and Dasmia Etno-restaurants offer traditional Kyrgyz guest rituals in guest-meet, traditional Kyrgyz kitchen preparation, cooking and presentation techniques in food preparation, Kyrgyz cultural life examples for local and foreign guests.
