%X Supara and Dasmia Ethno-restaurant offers food and drinks belonging to Kyrgyz cuisine to local and foreign guests with Al¡¯a carte, banquet and traditional service methods. The survey shows that Supara and Dasmia Etno-restaurants offer traditional Kyrgyz guest rituals in guest-meet, traditional Kyrgyz kitchen preparation, cooking and presentation techniques in food preparation, Kyrgyz cultural life examples for local and foreign guests. Supara and Dasmia Etno-restaurants have also been given the opportunity to experience the traditional Kyrgyz tent (the Boz ¨¹y), its units, table rules and social status as a theme for its guest
