As this basis is considered as a need for people, communication has gradually become inter-communal and communication has been developed. Today, the developments in communication technologies are carried out with social media and structures that provide instant communication facilities. Although communication has been improved, information sharing, information transfer, and news sharing can be said to cause some negative situations on social structure. The most obvious examples are structures such as groups, communities and communities organized on social media structures. These organizations can be used to perform certain events. However, in this use, there is a necessity like pulling the masses that are activated in the desired direction which brings up the phenomenon called noise. The phenomenon which is called as noise and expresses the disruptions in the transfer of information is tried to be given in the desired direction on the social media. The most obvious effects of social media and noise in social movements are seen in the Arab Spring and Gezi Park events.
