%0 Journal Article %T Resistance and Biological Control of Fusarium Wilt Disease in Eggplant %A Mine Tš¹RKTA£¿ %J - %D 2018 %X Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is an important vegetable grown and consumed outdoor in summer, and under cover in winter and spring in our country. However, as in many other plants, there are various diseases limiting the production of aubergine plants. The most important and the most harmful of these diseases is wilt disease, which is an earth-based disease. Fusarium wilt disease (mainly caused by Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht f. melongenae) causes economical yield losses in aubergine cultivation.
