%T The Semantics of Indefinite Articles in Surat Al-Waqia

%X Linguistically, the use of indefinite articles in the Arabic language is considered one of the most important subjects in Semantics and has received a lot of attention. The classic Arab scholars deemed indefinite articles as a matter of grammatical prose and they mentioned its rules. However, Modern linguists considered it as a morphological matter, in which they classify derivatives, verbs division, definiteness, transitivity, declension and conjugation as a morphological subjects. This research aims to highlight the aesthetic nature of indefinite articles in Surat Al-Waqia, and aims to deal with this issue by answering these questions: What are the basic indefinite¡¯s semantics in Surat Al-Waqia and in which context is it used?, What is the subsidiary semantic of the basic one?, Is the indefinite article served in Surat Al-Waqia¡¯s subject?. To answer these questions, this study will try to determine the indefinite article in this Surat in its different subjects and adapting these semantics
