%X Non-puerperal uterine inversion is gynaecological entity usually caused by submucosal or cervical myomas. Magnetic resonance findings of a 25-year-old nulliparous woman who is presented with uterine inversion due to submucosal myoma prolapsed into vagina was discussed accompanied by literature. Clinical diagnosis of this complication is not usually easy and this entity generally requires surgical treatment. Considering the rarity of this entity, radiological diagnosis of it will probably increase the chance of early intervention
