Magnetic resonance findings of a 25-year-old nulliparous woman who is presented with uterine inversion due to submucosal myoma prolapsed into vagina was discussed accompanied by literature. Clinical diagnosis of this complication is not usually easy and this entity generally requires surgical treatment.
