%X In this study, the concept of ¡°state¡± was examined and it was aimed to put an ¡°ideal state¡± description and open it to discussion. The study is important in terms of proposing a sustainable state system using viable methods. The method of scanning secondary data was used. Findings have shown that the concept of ¡°state¡± can vary according to time, geography, societies, and even the theorist that describes it. The study includes considerations for achieving a better state. The work is based on ideas from the theory to the technique. However, since the field studies were not carried out, it was limited to the theoretical level
