%X Ali b. Uthm¨¡n al-¨±sh¨©, famous for his famed work Bad£¿ al-Am¨¡l¨©,is one of the important scholars of 6. century by Hijri calender. In addition to Kalam and Islam£¿c Law, he also wrote works in Hadith. His most important work in Hadith isNi£¿¨¡b al-Akhb¨¡r known nowadays. His another work, unknown and unpublished is Musnadal-Anas. It is a source of Ni£¿¨¡b al-Akhb¨¡r.It contains Enes b. Malik¡¯s narrates by the prophet. Musnadal-Anas, is actually known as Nushatu Sem¡¯an which is in circulation in the 3rd century Hijri. This Nuskha (book of Sem¡¯an) is regarded as a fabricated Nuskha (narrates). In his work (Musnad al-Anas) al-¨±sh¨© takes his narrate rights from his teacher and narrate the hadith by dividing them into chapters, he collects them in this work. This work in manuscript form which being in the S¨¹leymaniye Library. £¿n this article is focused on various aspects such as belonging of al-¨±sh¨©, the determination of the hadiths which are not included in the loss or writing in Ni£¿¨¡b al-Akhb¨¡rand the number of Hadiths, evaluation of Works it is made
