%X Grapevine is one of the most common varieties when compared too ther fruit varieties and there are more than 10 000 grape varieties/types in theworldand 1200 in ourcountry. Grape has an important place in healthy and balanced nutrition; It is generally evaluated as tablegrape, wine/must grape and dried grape, but also the evaluation forms like grape molasses, pulp, sausage, cut, brine/spiral leaf. Especially in recentyears, it is possible to say that it increases interest in traditional products. The grape produced in Sirnak province is evaluated as 93.9% tablegrapeand 6.1% as dried grape
