Combinations on The Forage Yield and Silage Qualitys in Van Ecological Conditions %A Serap DO£¿AN %J - %D 2019 %X This research was conducted to determine the best mixture rates, yield components and silage quality of ¡®field pea+barley¡¯ sown in fall on fallow land in Yuzuncu Y£¿l University Agricultural Faculty field in 2006-2007 growing season. In this research ¡®110121¡¯ field pea and ¡®Tokak 157/37¡¯ barley varieties were used as the experimental material and arranged in the randomized blocks design with 3 replications. In this study pure and 75%, 50%, 25% mixture rates of barley and field pea was used as four experimental variants, sowing date was 26 October 2006, and harvesting date was 12 July 2007. In different field pea and barley combinations, when the rate of field pea increased, green forage and crude protein ration have increased. Maximum green forage yield and crude protein were obtained from the plots sown only field pea as (1666.6 kg/da, 16.03%). Silages obtained from the mixtures were medium quality silages based on fleig scoring. With increasing legumes amounts, protein amount increased so this condition was decreased the silage quality by affecting fermentation in negative way; with increasing cereal amounts, silage quality was effected positively cause of increasing carbohydrates which of easy decom posed due to simple decomposition of increasing. In conclusion, binary combinations of intercropped peas + barley with in 75:25% ratio is recommended in terms of yield and quality %K Yem bezelyesi %K arpa %K verim %K silaj kalitesi %U http://dergipark.org.tr/bdbad/issue/47287/596037
