One of the most important factors in increasing this importance is the fact that with the dominancy of "Free Market Economy" in the world markets, the states have withdrawn from the economic activities and left them to private entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to use managerial functions of managerial entrepreneurial relations and to examine the effect of the manager's success. In the study, surveys were applied to 195 managerial executives and 150 operations in 6 provinces in the GAP region. In conclusion, this study aims to determine the relationship between manager and entrepreneur positively or negatively on the performance and success of the operator. It is also aimed to reveal the satisfaction levels of the managers of the participating companies in relation to the entrepreneurs, to determine the current status of these relations and to determine the level at which these relations should be. This study also has some practical benefits. In particular, in today's Turkey where the entrepreneurship gained importance and employment almost disappeared in public sector, entrepreneurship (I mean, setting up his own business) has become very attractive and important. For this reason, new and young entrepreneurs need practical knowledge that they can use as a case study in relation to their managers.
