%X In the interpretation of testaments, it is aimed to achieve the real will of the legator. In order to achieve the real will of the legator, the circumstances and conditions out of the testament should also be considered while interpreting. On the other hand, testaments are formal legal transactions. Theory of intimation is a theory suggested mainly in order to associate those two circumstances. Implementation of theory of intimation in terms of testaments is adopted as a general in the doctrine, despite contrary opinions. In our study, it is aimed to clarify the theory of intimation
