%X Turner syndrome is a major cause of infertility, but pregnancy can occur in cases with the mosaic or X-defect who spontaneously enter puberty. Unicornuate uterus is the rarest uterine anomaly that can lead to loss of pregnancy. The current case is presented because she is rare and a cause of pregnancy loss in patients with Turner's syndrome for the contribution to the literature
