%0 Journal Article %T A Research on Career Planning of Beginning Teaching Staff: Sample of Pamukkale University %A Mehmet K£¿z£¿lo£¿lu %J - %D 2019 %X Today, employees prefer to work in jobs that can keep their knowledge and skills constantly, work hours and conditions can be determined by them, their special lives are taken into consideration, their lives are meaningful and they will make them happy. Therefore, it means that the meaning of career success has changed and that the individual should not be satisfied in the organization, but rather be satisfied with the effects of his entire career. Such a success orientation requires a career planning that transcends organizational practices and leads to the success criteria of the individual. Factors such as demographic factors, economic and social factors, legislation determined by the state, social and political factors in the country are the main determinants in individual career planning.
