%X Thinking the State and its sovereignty, security is one of the main concerned area as it determines the international relations. The concept of security formed by international theories according to changing periods and conditions in its historical process. During the Cold War, state centred and military based Realist approach was active. However, petrol shocks of 1970¡¯s, environmental disasters, nuclear disasters have shown us that a nation state alone cannot cope with all those problems as they occur beyond the more than one nation state. Thus, realism stood behind the reality of the changing World. The concept of security has been revaluated and extended in political, social, economic, and environmental dimension
