Being able to adapt to technological development that are now in a dizzying state seems possible with training and development activities. Organization¡¯s ability to remain dynamic in the upcoming period, where inevitable transformations will begin to take place, will depend on the ability to adapt to the changing new era. This adaptation can be achieved in proportion to the knowledge and skills of the employees. It is no doubt that the challenges will be get through by increasing the knowledge and the skills of the employees with training and development activities.
