In this process, the emergency service is invited to find a contribution in the management of the doctor's patient from another specialty. The consultant physician is present in the interventions that come and evaluate the emergency service, record the proposals in the emergency room patient file, which is allocated to him / her and his / her field of expertise required by the patient's situation. In this study, it is aimed to shorten the duration of consultation stay, to shorten the duration of consultation stay, to decrease the patient waiting time and to decrease the emergency service crowd by sending a "Scheduled Short Message (SMS)" to the relevant physicians and administrators in the consultations of emergency patients, accelerating the decision to stay in multi-disciplinary cases, preventing the negative events that may occur between the patient and the healthcare personnel, and increasing the patient and employee satisfaction. The study was compared before and after the SMS of the consultant physician's intervention start time during the consultation services of D£¿£¿kap£¿ Y£¿ld£¿r£¿m Beyaz£¿t Education and Research Hospital Emergency Service of Health Sciences University between 01.01.2017-30.08.2017. The study was a retrospective descriptive study and the data were analyzed in Microsoft Excel program. The graduated SMS system is started in "0" minutes with the emergency information consultation request made by the Hospital Information Management System and the SMS prepared in standard formats to the specialist doctor, the clinical administrative responsible doctor and the assistant chief physician responsible for the Emergency Service respectively at 20, 30, 50 minutes in congestion delays information and reminder message is sent.
