%0 Journal Article %T The Effects of Active Learning Activities Applied in Science and Technology Course to Students' Success and Permanence Levels %A Sevim A£¿£¿RO£¿LU %J - %D 2018 %X This study aims to examine the influence of the Active Learning-based activities in Science and Technology on the success and the permanency of the learning levels of the students. The Experimental Method has been used in the study. Active learning activities which are prepared by researchers are used in curriculum experimental group and curriculum of Ministry of Education Science and Technology activities are used in control group, the study was conducted in 2012-2013 Academic year on the students who attended a middle school in Istanbul. The achievement of Science and Technology test which prepared by researchers was applied on the control and experimental group. The data in the study were analyzed with independent t ¨C test and ANCOVA test. According to the results of the study, it is found out that the Active Learning Approach has a positive influence on the success rates of the students. there are no significant differences between the groups where the Active Learning-based activities and the Ministry of National Education Science and Technology Program¡¯s (2005) activities were applied in terms of permanency of learning %K Aktif £¿£¿renme %K £¿£¿retim %K Fen E£¿itimi %K Program Geli£¿tirme %U http://dergipark.org.tr/crd/issue/36372/379077
