%0 Journal Article %T INTERVENING VARIABLE EFFECT OF SELF- EFICACY BELIEFS OF TEACHERS ON ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH PERCEPTIONS AND JOB SATISFACTION LEVEL %A Mehmet ARSLAN %J - %D 2019 %X This article attempts to research the intervening variable effect of teachers¡¯ self efficacy belief over the relationship between organizational health perception and job satisfaction level. In order to reveal this effect, mediation analysis method, suggested by Baron and Kenny (1986), is used. ¡°Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire¡± (short form), ¡°Self Efficacy Scale¡±, ¡°Organizational Health Perception Scale¡± and personal information form are used as data collection tools. Although lots of studies exist in the literature about job satisfaction, organizational health and self efficacy conceptions, scarcity of coming up with any research about such mediation effect points out the authenticity of this study. According to research results from the data that collected from 177 teachers work in the secondary schools in Ankara and £¿stanbul, substantive relationship is found between the teachers¡¯ health organizational perceptions, self efficacy beliefs and job satisfaction levels.
