To determine the accuracy of our device, metal levels were analyzed in DORM-3 and DOLT -4 standard reference materials, the resulting values were compared with values given by the National Council of Canada. The heavy metals which were analyzed determined in all tissues and in all seasons. In fish, high levels of heavy metals were found in liver and gill of carp while low levels in muscle. According to the results the metal levels were highest in winter in liver and muscle, and summer in gill. In this study, linear regression test was done to determine the relationships between fish size and metal contents, and generally negative relationships were found, between metal levels and fish size depending on tissues and metals. Some of results were above the limits for fish given by WHO, EC and Turkish Food Codex %K A£¿£¿r metal %K Sazan %K Seyhan Baraj G£¿l¨¹ %K Kirlilik %K T¨¹rkiye %U http://dergipark.org.tr/makufebed/issue/35999/411888
