%X Turks have ruled over different geographies throughout history. This dominance has been gained by means of institutes they formed with their own culture. Societies form some institutes by means of cultural potential they have. The culture of Turkish society is a rich enough to form such institutes in every period. Turks have both continued their existence and provided unity and have been a model for other societies by means of those institutes.
