In this respect, first a conceptual frame work was formed by making a literat¨¹re review and then the evidiences of the practice were shared. At the application part of the practice, a question naire study, one of the numerical investigative ways, has been implemented on academic and administrative staff working in a state university in the Mediterranean region.
