%0 Journal Article %T About Structure of {-GI}+DEG %J - %D 2019 %X Infinite verb forms have common features with both verbs and names. Infinite verb forms are derived from verbal stems with special suffixes; they express situation, occurrence like verbs and they also have negative and positive forms. Infinite verb forms can be used with suffixes of time. Therefore infinite verb forms are similiar to verbs. In addition this forms can also be used with case and possessive suffixes. Participles which are a sub-group of infinite verb forms can be used with prepositions as well as case and possesive suffixes. Participle suffix {-GI} and ¡°deg¡± preposition have been used together since the Old Turkic. This structure expresses the necessity, prediction and possibility.
