For these buildings to be strengthened against the earthquake, shear walls are observed to be used commonly due to their effects on increasing the resistance on the building. It is important to consider the effect of the infill walls in addition to the great impact of the shear walls on strengthening the structure. With the calculations made without considering the infill walls of the buildings, the evaluations of the important parameters such as the natural period of the building, earthquake load, earthquake load amount transferred to each column and beam, irregularity in the building, total strength of the building against the earthquake, the format of collapse that can occur under the earthquake can be missed. In this study, the mathematics model of the partition walls is formed and what kinds of effects there are available on a building whose curtain wall strengthening is made has been examined. The models having the different partition wall area in the current building have been formed and their effects on the buildings and the element damage situations under the earthquake loads and their irregularities have been analyzed. When the infill walls are considered, their effects on a building strengthened with the shear walls have been examined and their comparisons have been made with their situations in which the infill walls have not been included to the calculations %K Dolgu Duvar %K Deprem Hasar£¿ %K Gevrek G£¿£¿me %K S¨¹nek G£¿£¿me %K Hasar Da£¿£¿l£¿m£¿ %U http://dergipark.org.tr/deumffmd/issue/44128/451392
